Come on Truth, when exactly do you plan on hiring a proof reader? You have a typo right in your title... "Law targeting undocumented students may not affect many" should be "Law targeting illegal students may not affect many"

Question one is simple. Why are they undocumented? Sounds like a mismanagement problem?
Number two all out of state students should pay a higher rate and know it up front.
Number three if they're illegal they should be kicked back to their own country.
Number four because of our dumb policies on foreign students entering our collages and then returning to kill us maybe we should look at that?  D***

When I worked in the Office of the Registrar at IUSB in the 80s a young man transferred from out of state. He lived with his parents and they moved to Indiana so he moved with them. IU made him pay out of state fees. He appealed and instate fees were still denied. Everyone in our office felt bad for the student but it was not our decision (Mark Grove was the registrar at the time).  How can universities now want to subsidize tuition for illegal aliens?

Since illegal aliens have no legal way to get any money how are they paying any tuition? Are these schools helping them commit a crime?

According to the National Immigration Law Center, only Indiana, Alabama and Wisconsin have passed laws this year making it tougher for undocumented immigrants to attend college.

This is false- Ohio has passed a law to not give in state tuition to illegal aliens.

The Legal Workforce Act would prevent these kinds of problems.
It mandates E-Verify nationwide, increases fines for employers who knowingly hire illegals and notifies you when your identity is being used by multiple people.

If they can't get or keep a job they will self deport like they are in Alabama.
