My money is on him getting off.  After all, he is a Notre Dame quarterback.  What's a little harmless drinking, fighting an officer of the law and threats to his well being.  Just another day in the life.  Oh Wait.  They are all against the law!  This guy is a role model for all of the other kids who want to play at one of the most revered colleges in the WORLD?  Please!!!!!

The drunk and mindless has spoken.

Glad for all to whom the police gets first before we do, cause we handle issues plain and simple. And they never do it again.

The FIX is in!  No star ND football player ever has anything to fear from the law.  ND has too big of a financial investment in them to let anything upset the apple cart.

Reading the update to this story it's apparent the St Joe Co. prosecutor has corrected the errors of the arresting officers by reducing the assault charge to a misdemeanor which will allow Tommy Reese to suffer a few months of uncertainty and possible community service before once again leading the Irish to a less than spectacular season in spite of their fans obvious over expectations. Where was I? Oh yea....wonder if he plans to pursue a law degree like Michael Floyd? We need more good lawyers in this country.......

That's part of what did Ty in!  He tried to do the stand up thing and eventually paid for it.  It was another nail in his coffin.
