So . . .  No name owner . . .  stiffs us by not paying property taxes and gets off  free of any responsibility?    Must be nice.

Looks like it might be one expensive park.

My question is that if this building has been in such bad shape why have we not torn it down yet? We are paying to have temporary fencing put up but can't pay to have the building torn down??? Tear it down and sell the property so that we can recoup some of the funds we have been wasting on this piece of property.

Is there any recourse towards the owner?  Not paying property taxes??? What about the bill for the Fire Dept?  Who is paying for that?  Who owns the building?? They should name the individuals behind the company?  Haul them to jail...

That building has been in such disgrace for at least 5 years or more.  The fence was installed to protect the public from parts of the building falling onto the sidewalk. I believe that part of the roof had collasped quite some time ago.  Why was this no name owner allowed to leave this building stand in such disrepair for such a long time?  Just a Gutless (Nameless) Slumb Land Lord.  One that is in the good graces of this City's Administration?  Thankfully no firefighters were injured while trying to protect us from the dangers of that fire.
