'...the forensic pathologist who examined her body was unable to determine a cause of death.'

Pretty pathetic. Not that I watch stupid TV shows like CSI or even fall for it, but claiming to have flown to the moon and not being able to determine the cause of death on a human (with supposedly bruises and broken ribs), that is pretty bad.

I can not imagine how terrible this situation must be for anyone who cared about this little life which was lost.

If it was me, I would demand another autopsy from someone else. I refuse to believe that there is nobody in this world who can determine the cause of death.

Why not forcing the other people in the apartment to take the polygraph test? That would be a start.

Someone died, something needs to be done.

You can't just "force" someone to take a polygraph test...

But, take heart.  If the current trend persists, in a number of years this case will be revisited, and based on the same evidence that is available today, someone will be charged with the crime, and the DA's office will make triumphant press releases.
