Not to worry, the Moped isn't required to have insurance.  Looks like we will be picking up his tab at the hospital.  You have to love the DUI mobiles.

It's about time to license them and demand insurance.

This is the second report of a mo-ped accident in the last few days. Get them off the road for the safety of all.

I personally know a man that lost his license due to DUI, drove one of these without a helmet, had an accident that was his fault resulting in serious injury to him and then tried to sue the car driver for the bills!!!

I watch several of these SLOWLY going down the road in the dark every day on the way to work.

This is almost as bad as motorcycles that weave in and out of traffic from lane to lane.

Hey PKurpgewhatever,  I'll have you know I have NEVER seen a motorcycle doing all the things you were talking about-why? Because all the motorcycles I see are going too damned fast to observe for very long!

I'd rather deal with 100 Amish buggies on the road than 1 scooter.  DUI scooters going 35 mph weaving in and out of the shoulder of the road makes it difficult to pass them because you never know what to expect, especially on a two-lane road.

Nothing worse than driving down St Rd. 120 during rush hour and encountering one of these two-stroke turds going back and forth between the road and the shoulder.
