They seem to identify the Forest River players but leave the Complainant 'unidentified'.  Not much fairness there.  Why identify the new hire (Jenny Reese) at all?  The entire story could have been reported without names, unless you are attempting to skew sympathies, in which case, you name the bosses and pit them against the pregnant unidentified victim!  Report facts not sympathies.  It is easier to be fair to all concerned and provide the rights to which the ACCUSED is entitled by sticking to only the facts and avoiding the sympathy ploy.

You would think that a company that is owned by the company of the compassionate and caring Warren Buffet would know better, or at least be versed in the ramifications of not following the law!

New nursery in that new house? You betcha!

I agree Mbernard - there is no need to provide any persons' names here.

They add nothing to the conceptual understanding of the story.

Someone I consider to be family went through a similar thing a few years ago.   They were considered to be steller employees for years, they got pregnant and the supervisor even admitted that he thought the employee should leave immediately since she would be leaving at some point in the future.

The employee was increasingly harassed and she decided to quit rather than fight it - I tried to encourage her to fight the employer but to her avoiding that kind of conflict while she was pregnant was more important to her than standing up for the rights of pregnant women.

One of the horrible factors linking health care insurance to employment and the high costs of obstetrics.

Only in America.

So your saying if David had been an unnamed pregnant woman he would have had a bigger albeit unjustified fan club when he took on Goliath? I like the rational.

“The evidence shows and Respondent admits that Complainant’s supervisor (Bill Elliott) decided to take Complainant off of ladder work because of her pregnancy and that she nearly injured herself in the past performing such tasks. Instead, Respondent hired a new employee (Jenny Reese) to perform all tasks requiring a ladder and Complainant was reassigned to perform tasks that did not require a ladder. However, a few days later, Mr. Elliott instructed a Group Leader to order Complainant to return to working on the ladder,” Haynes wrote in her findings.

"So do these dames want to climb the ladder or not! They'll make up their mind tomorrow," said one anonymous worker.

I am just glad Travon Martin wasn't on the ladder and George Zimmerman wasn't barking out orders. You could have had a field day with that one.
By assuming the high ground Treyvon would instantly be perceived as a threat making a tactical maneuver and deserving of death in all red states.
