The country is collapsing around your ears and you think the tea party is a problem.

The collapse isn't coming, it's already here.

Economic Failure
Financial Failure
Political Failure

Labor participation rate collapsing
47 million people on EBT (soup Kitchens)
Capital controls being put in, many already installed

And it's right on your doorstep. The government is hiding all these things so you don't see it. All government statistics are rigged to hide the depression from you.

Fed is buying 45 billions dollars worth of bad mortgage debt from the banks. Where do think all that money is going? They aren't lending it out. Perhaps the stock market which is in an all time bubble with the now collapsing real estate market bubble and the bond bubble.

And it's the tea party that's the problem?

The problem is ignorance (TP) that become dupes of the 1% in our nation, that call the shots vis a vis the Republican Party.

Now, with the rift in the R's, the D's are ascendant, and will return the balance between capital and labor, to more of an equitable balance.

Can you imagine the dire poverty developing as we speak.  Congress is so cruel, that the 1/2 of our youth who constitute the food stamp recipients, are being squeezed towards malnourishment due to deliberate budget decisions in DC.  Yet, we still have 10/11 battleship groups; have you seen the corruption being exposed this week among the Navy brass!

Golly, you're right, Lehman.  Your president has failed again to present a budget that would take care of these poor starving yutes, instead puts a health tax on those that do have jobs.  Further he tells congress that elections have consequences and I won, thereby not consulting them on anything and tells Harry to pigeonhole anything else that the house comes up with in the form of constructive legislation.  Kills more jobs by shutting down whole industries with his BS EPA edicts.
i never thought that I would applaud the French but I must for stepping in the way of Obama screwing up the middle east further with his Iranian surrender monkey move.  And you talk about ignorance!

Not sure of the number, but I believe you mean battle groups, not battleship groups.  I don't think there are any active commisioned battleships in the US Navy, except for the USS Arizona, but that isn't operable.

I have never seen a person more arrogant than Obama. Most of the people that I know that associate with Tea Party ideas are normal hard working family oriented individuals. People who want an America like they grew up in passed down to their children and grandchildren.

An America where hard work and personal responsibility lead to their needs being met without the charity of big government.

Obama, in his arrogance, doesn't believe that individuals are capable of taking care of themselves. He believes that government is the answer to every problem people face. It isn't.

As far as Lehmans ignorant response, children living in families supported by food stamps, are fed breakfast and lunch at school. Many are sent home with backpacks full of food over the weekend. Several local churches have free evening meals throughout the week available for any and everyone.

Adjusting to a 5% decrease in food stamps should not lead to malnourishment. In fact, it may require better purchasing decisions that reduce the purchase of highly processed foods and replacing them with more nutritious alternatives. I can buy a large canister of oatmeal at Aldi's, some apples and raisons, a little brown sugar and milk and feed my family of 4 breakfast for several days or even a week for about $1.00-$2.00/day. I believe that people are capable of learning to make better choices. I guess this is one area where Obama and I differ.

Failure's fallback position is to blame someone else.

A government that is big enough to give you everything you want is big enough to take away everything you have.

Obviously this person knows nothing about the type of people that make up the tea party or he is just another socialist attacking the opposition. I would guess the second choice from the talking points he espouses.
