Noe will be deeply missed by his friends and co workers. He was kind, compassionate,and loyal. He was fearless in countless ways. He was a protector of the Vulnerable and fragile. He was full of possibilities and potential and worked very hard to achieve the things he did. The sadness of losing him is equal to the love and respect we all have for him.
