SYRACUSE - Mary Jane Miller, 84, of Syracuse, died at 6:37 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at IU Goshen Hospital in Goshen.

She was born Oct. 3, 1928, to the late Arthur and Myrtle M. (Bushong) Robinson.

She was married on July 4, 1946, in Syracuse, to Roy "Doc" Miller Jr. He died March 12, 1986.

She is survived by two sons, Tom Miller of Syracuse and Jon (Mandie) Miller of Leesburg; three grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several great-stepgrandchildren; and sister Margaret Darr of Syracuse.

She was preceded in death by her grandson Andy Miller and brothers Grover, Tom, Jim and Bob Robinson.

Visitation will be for two hours prior to the 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, memorial service at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Pastor Robert Rice Jr. of Walnut Church of the Brethren in Argos will officiate. Private burial will take place in Syracuse Cemetery.
