ELKHART - Mrs. Beulah Y. Philbrook, 91, of Elkhart, passed away after an extended illness at Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Valley View in Elkhart on Sunday evening, Jan. 27, 2013.

In accordance with her wishes, her remains have been donated to the Indiana University Anatomical Education Program in Indianapolis.
