ELKHART - Sallie B. Williams, 67, of Elkhart, passed away at 4:55 a.m. Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, at Elkhart Rehabilitation Center after an extended illness.

Arrangements are pending at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart.
