GREENWOOD - Dorothy Lea Eitel, 97, of Greenwood, passed away Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013.

She was born May 3, 1915 in Indianapolis.

She is survived by her children, Phillip Eitel, Sandra Polk of Elkhart, Sally Craig and Sylvia Prouty; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and sister Jean (Willson) Dennis.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Eugene Eitel, and her parents.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. A graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
