Sallie B. Williams

March 27, 1945 - Feb. 11, 2013

ELKHART - Sallie B. Williams, 67, of Elkhart, passed away Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, at Elkhart Rehabilitation Center.

She was born March 27, 1945.

Surviving are children Carl Graham and Mike (Jeanette) Dancler, both of Elkhart, and Tanya L. (Rodney) Sleepers of South Bend; mother Thelma B. (Griffin) Graham; siblings Sandra (Edward) Logan of Goshen, Miranda (David) Proctor of Durham, N.C., and Woody Graham, Pastor Willie (Diane) Graham and Cleo Graham, all of Elkhart; seven grandsons; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father; husbands John W. Dancler and Earl H. Williams; daughter Shellese Jimenez; and brothers, Charlie Graham and Van Graham.

Sallie was employed at Federal Press for several years prior to her retirement.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the noon memorial service Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at Holy Temple Church of God, 2205 Oakland Ave., Elkhart. Pastor Willie Graham will officiate.

Cremation will take place at Altera Cremation Services.

Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, is in charge of arrangements.
