NASHPORT, Ohio - Bonnie Ruth Beach, 72, died peacefully Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, in Zanesville, following an extended illness.
A funeral service celebrating the life of Bonnie will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2013, in the chapel of the Hebron Home of The Hoskinson-Schoedinger Funeral & Cremation Service, 108 N. Seventh St., with Pastor Brian Harkness as celebrant. Burial will follow Monday, March 4, 2013, in Carlton Cemetery, Elkhart, Ind. She was born Jan. 12, 1941, in Charleston, W.Va., the daughter of the late Clarence Westley and Ella Louise (Nollge) Naylor.
She worked in various restaurants throughout her life.
A Christian by faith, she enjoyed her family and friends, cooking, shopping, and arts and crafts.
She is survived by her loving family including her daughter, Iona (Bob) Wilson of Hebron; sons Kenneth (Melissa) Withrow of Bel Air, Md., and Robert (Amber) Beach of Nashport; her sister Carolyn Beard of Rock Springs, Wyo.; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Eugene Beach, who died in 1999; and her son, Bret Withrow, who died in 2009.
