Josey was truely a great person. She had a stlye all her own. She grew to own who she was as young as she was. She would always have something funny to say to make me laugh. Always had a helping hand. One thing I understood from her was her desire to sucessed in all she did as mother, wife, duagther and co-worker. Josey you will miss you. The last time I saw Josy, my words were "Don't ever forget how smart and talented you are". She gave the best air-five's and made the best biscuits...but most of all, she was devoted to everything and everyone around her. You never got less than 110% from Josy. My sincere condolences to her family and her wonderful husband and children who made her eyes sparkle when she spoke about them.

Every now and then a person comes into your life who truly makes a difference. Josey was one of those people. That difference will always be with us and we are better for it. The world has lost an amazing woman. My heart goes out to her family. Josey always made my day better. Good days, bad days... a simple conversation with her and your day was just better. She will always be an inspiration!

Josy and I had met about a year and a half ago. We worked at Specialized Staffing together, though she was in the Elkhart office and I was in Goshen. She would come and help out the Goshen office often, and we developed a special friendship. I moved on to work at IOI in Elkhart, and she followed suit shortly thereafter. She spoke often of her beautiful little girls and her Abuela's (Grandma's) cooking. She shared about her Abuelo's (Grandpa's) auto shop when my car was breaking down. She was fearless in taking on new assignments and responsibilities at work, and was the first one to offer to help others or stay after hours. She was continually positive and had a calm disposition about her. In our Customer Service department, she referred to us as her "muchachas" and "chicas". She LOVED when people brought in food to share. LOL She was always very easy to get along with. She was such a young, bright light amidst the chaos of the work place. While it is so unfortunate to have lost her, I feel so fortunate to have known her, and for my life to have been touched by her. I will never forget you, Josy!! I look forward to seeing you again one day very soon!! May you take the time to truly dance on cloud nine!! If you should run into my grandparents, please hi to them for me. Love and miss you... <3 :')

My heart goes out to Josy's family. I had the opportunity to work with Josy who also had part in my training. Just the other day I was thinking of you her and the jokes and laughs we shared when we could. It is hard to believe. I will miss you even more "Flaquita". Descansa en paz.

Josey was such a wonderful person, we are all blessed for having known her. She was one of the smartest and hardest working people I had ever met. In our time working together, she really took me under her wing and helped me learn, something I am forever grateful for. She was always helping others. I am saddened by this news and pray for all her family and friends. Josey will be deeply missed.

Josey was as beautiful on the inside as she was the outside. I was always amazed at her maturity and her ability to handle being a young mother and such a hard worker. She talked about her family many times in the years we worked together, my heart just aches for them. I love and miss you Josey.

Josey was a beautiful, loving daughter, who was very proud of her hardworking parents. She exhibited the same qualities and dedication in everything she did. I am thankful for our conversations and glimpses into her fun and caring personality. I am shocked and saddened by the sudden end of such a young life. She was not only a wonderful coworker and friend, but daughter, wife and mother to two young children. We miss her already.
