ELKHART - Johnetta Dye, 51, of Elkhart, died at 5:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012, at Cardinal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Johnetta was born Jan. 1, 1951, in Gary, to John Dye and Mary Lewis.

She is survived by two brothers, John Dye of Mishawaka and Thomas Lewis of Elkhart; two sisters, Denise Dye and Rosetta Dye, both of Elkhart; and several nephews of Elkhart.

Services will be at a later date.

Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home, Elkhart, is handling arrangements.
